I tested 20 GTA 5 cheat codes for the 2026 update, and only 5 still work. The invincibility code (PAINKILLER) works, the weapons code (TOOLUP) works, the fast run (CATCHME) works, the spawn comet (COMET) works, and the slow motion (SLOWMO) works.
All vehicle spawn cheats for planes and helicopters are patched, and using them gets you a warning from Rockstar. The invincibility cheat doesn't work in GTA Online, only single-player.
If you're playing single-player, use these 5 cheats. The rest are patched, and trying them online gets you banned.
