I added a contact form to my 50 tool sites using Netlify Forms, and it stopped working after 100 submissions. The free tier caps forms at 100 submissions/month, and you have to pay $19/month to increase it.
I switched to Google Forms embedded in my sites, which is free and has no submission limits. The only downside is the Google branding, but it's better than paying $19/month when you're broke.
If you need forms on static sites, use Google Forms. Netlify's free tier is too limited for high-traffic sites.
