I built an iPhone app that helps during cravings, not just after relapses

Most habit apps are dashboards.

You open them after the hard moment, log what happened, and hope tomorrow goes better.

I wanted to build something more useful in the actual moment a craving hits.

So I made Quit All.

It has:

  • streak tracking
  • SOS craving mode
  • GIF based distraction
  • relapse logging
  • danger time stats
  • savings and milestones
  • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets

The new 1.1 update is focused on visibility. The idea is simple: if your streak is visible before you even open the app, the next good choice becomes a little easier.

I would love feedback from anyone building health, habit, or behavior change tools.
