Cool stuff
For some of those example (and tons more) you can use Faker (github.com/faker-ruby/faker) (if in ruby-land). This saves you the "headache" of HTTP calls.
The Tronald Dump API is amazing 😃. I'm thinking about coding a similar one about our dear president, Bozonaro. The database will be FILLED with content.
