Now unfortunately imposter syndrome is really widespread among devs, with no correlation whatsover with their actual level.
So when your co-worker do something cool, remember to tell him so explicitly.

The most supportive person ever!
It is surprisingly simple but hard question for me. Why? It is because I've already spent almost 2 years after my graduation working and learning as coder and the person who can think about me as a coder holistically is just me. I would not just think the highly of me but also the lowly of me. I don't think my college friend would catch up with I've been doing these past 2 years and just recall where I was from the last 2 years ago. Do you know what I'm saying? ๐ฅบ
