Type your full name into Google. What comes up?
For most people, the answer is a mix of social profiles, maybe a work bio, and some data broker listings they didn't know existed. For some people, the answer is much worse — a single search result that captures something they wish wasn't public. A mugshot. An old court case. A blog post written about them by someone with a grudge.
The internet doesn't forget. And Google's first page is the only page most people ever look at.
