On Thursday, April 23, 2026, the Institute of Urban Techniques Management at the University of M'sil in Algeria hosted the closing ceremony of the Pedagogical Days organized by the Vice-Rectorate between April 21 and 23. The event concluded under the patronage of the University Director, Professor Ammar Boudlaa, and under the supervision of the Institute Director, Professor Rajem Ali, in the presence of the Vice-Rector for Pedagogy, Professor Noureddine Chikouch, and the Vice-Rector for Planning and Foresight, Professor Ayed Lamine, along with the institute’s administrative and academic staff, and a distinguished group of professors, students, and employees.
During the event, a valuable lecture was delivered by Professor Rahmani Ali from Setif 1 University, followed by welcome speeches from the Institute Director and the Vice-Rector for Pedagogy. The ceremony concluded with an address by the University Director, who praised the efforts made and expressed his appreciation to the institute’s entire community, as well as to the university family, for the success of this event.
At the end of the ceremony, the University Director, Professor Ammar Boudlaa, along with his accompanying delegation, oversaw the honoring of:

Members of the institute’s audiovisual committee
Outstanding students in workshop activities
Distinguished students in drawing and Arabic calligraphy
Winning students in chess competitions
