Your webpage looks impressive! You did a very good job on design, nice and simple and to the point. I also like the animation, how the text slowly comes from the left. It gives a professional feel.

Some feedback:

On smaller devices, your main section is not centered properly. I noticed you made use of padding, but still stays more on the right. You could use margin-inline: auto for an easy fix.
Your feature cards animation has ease in, but it goes back so abruptly and it feels like frame drop. You could use ease-in-out, for a smoother appearance.
On smaller devices, under 850px wide, on hovering on feature cards, you get some overflow and scrollbar.
Your newsletter container has a fixed height and on smaller devices its content doesn't fit inside, so you end up not seeing the title and the terms of use. You can safely delete the height property and let the container grow automatically in height as its content wrap.

Overall, you should be proud of how it came out. You clearly understand how html and css work. You are on a good path. Good job!
