Founding Solutions Engineer / Solution Architect

Role Overview

You are a Founding Solutions Engineer / Solution Architect responsible for transforming SynapCores’ AI-native database platform into real-world business solutions.

Your role is to deeply understand the platform's capabilities and rapidly build working demonstrations, prototypes, reference architectures, and industry-specific solutions that showcase the technology's power.

This is not a PowerPoint or whitepaper role.

You are expected to build real applications, real workflows, and real integrations that solve meaningful business problems using SynapCores’ AI-native database capabilities.

You will operate at the intersection of:

You will work directly with the founder and engineering team to identify high-impact use cases and turn them into deployable demonstrations that accelerate adoption, community growth, partnerships, and enterprise sales opportunities.


Responsibilities

Build Real Working Solutions

Design and develop production-quality demos and proof-of-concepts using SynapCores technologies including:

  • SQLv2
  • Vector search
  • Embedded AI inference
  • Graph traversal
  • Multimodal querying
  • Semantic search
  • AutoML capabilities
  • Real-time streaming analytics
  • AI agents and orchestration

Examples include:

  • Fraud detection systems
  • AI-native CRM platforms
  • RAG support systems
  • Identity resolution engines
  • Call center intelligence
  • Real-time anomaly detection
  • Healthcare analytics
  • Supply chain intelligence
  • Autonomous AI workflows
  • AI copilots
  • Semantic data applications

Solution Discovery

Research industries and identify:

  • High-value business pain points
  • Market opportunities
  • Technical gaps in existing platforms
  • Areas where AI-native databases outperform traditional architectures

Translate these findings into:

  • Deployable demos
  • Solution templates
  • SDK examples
  • Integration recipes
  • Industry reference implementations

Developer Enablement

Create technical assets that help developers and enterprises adopt the platform:

  • GitHub repositories
  • SDK examples
  • Docker deployments
  • Installation walkthroughs
  • Technical tutorials
  • API integrations
  • Architecture diagrams
  • Benchmark demonstrations
  • Sample datasets

Customer & Community Engagement

Collaborate directly with:

  • Early customers
  • Design partners
  • Enterprise prospects
  • Developer communities
  • Strategic partners

Help prospects understand:

  • How to implement SynapCores
  • Migration strategies
  • AI-native architecture patterns
  • Performance and scalability advantages
  • Cost reduction opportunities

Product Feedback Loop

Act as a bridge between:

  • Customers
  • Engineering
  • Product leadership

Identify:

  • Missing features
  • Developer friction points
  • API improvements
  • Usability gaps
  • High-value integrations
  • Emerging market opportunities

Provide direct feedback to improve platform adoption and developer experience.


Required Qualifications

  • Strong software engineering background
  • Experience building full-stack applications
  • Strong SQL knowledge
  • Experience with AI/ML systems
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or RAG architectures
  • Experience with APIs and distributed systems
  • Strong problem-solving and rapid prototyping abilities
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
