I've been using Monday as my Project Management tool recently. I like how simple and visual it is. You can view your tasks as either a table, Kanban, or Timeline with one click!

We actually just moved from Jira to Monday. Kind of a big change, but I also like how simple Monday is and it seems to be working well for the majority of the team so far.

I've tried Quire and Jira and I must say Jira is way too complicated for my team. Quire is a better alternative for Trello.

I'd like to add ProofHub in your list for project management. With this you can easily plan, collaborate, organize and deliver projects of all sizes, on time, using one project planning software with all the right tools put at one place.

I've tried some of these solutions and they look quite good. However, I'd like to admit that the platform that impressed me most of all is GanttPRO (ganttpro.com). This platform offers friendly and reliable Gantt charts with advanced functionality. The tool looks appropriate for managing and completing projects of various complexity. Have you tried it?

Great breakdown of project management tools for developers! Choosing the right software is crucialβ€”not just for tracking tasks, but also for ensuring smooth collaboration and code management.

If the team is small and everybody know how to use it, Github now has projects too which is still quite basic but can be enough for some people

Great post. For personal projects I use Notion. I love that they have built in templates that you can use. I am even using it to bookmark articles, take notes, and bullet journal!
