The 3 questions that separate high-value engineers from everyone else

Ask any engineer in your team these 3 questions:

1️⃣ "What task do you do more than 5 times a week?"

2️⃣ "Have you automated it?"

3️⃣ "If yes, how much time did you save last month?"

The answers will tell you everything.

The Three Levels of Engineers

Level Answer Reality
🟡 Low-value engineer "I don't have time to automate." Trapped in busy work
🟠 Mid-value engineer "I automated one thing once." Sees value but doesn't scale
🟢 High-value engineer "I save 10+ hours every week. Here's how." Leverage machine

Automation Is Not a Skill

It's a mindset shift.

  • From "doing" → to "building systems that do"
  • From "I'll learn later" → to "I'll automate now"
  • From "that's not my job" → to "that's exactly my job"

What I'm Committing To

I'm spending 90 days proving this framework works — with:

  • 🤖 Automation (Python, APIs, no-code tools)
  • Salesforce (Flows, Apex, REST APIs)
  • 🧠 AI (GPT, agents, RAG)

Real code. Real builds. Real results.

No tutorials for the sake of tutorials.

Only projects that save time or increase leverage.

Follow Me If...

✅ You're tired of manual repetitive tasks

✅ You want to move from Question 1 → Question 3

✅ You believe engineers should build systems, not suffer through spreadsheets

Let's Build

Day 1 starts tomorrow.

👉 Follow me on this journey.

👉 Comment below: What's one task you do 10+ times a week that you've never automated?

I'll reply with how I'd automate it.

Absolutely! Automation is one of the most valuable skills today. I love building solutions that save time, remove repetitive work, and improve workflows. If you ever need help with automation, coding, or optimizing processes for a business/project, I’d be happy to help !
