My greatest win of the week is starting my journey into this dev world! It is the most excited I've been about a career-changing decision. It is the first time ever that I've written a blog and the first time putting myself out there . . . and it feels good! Thanks so much to the Dev team for allowing me to use your platform to share my progress!

My talk "Deep dive into Elixir" for ElixirConf was accepted! It's the first time I'll be speaking at a conference. So definitely excited also very nervous! Any speaking tips would be greatly appreciated!

Great memory! I've been to other conferences, but this was the first distributed conference I've attended. I wasn't sure what to expect, but so happy that I went. I know Elixir Conf is also going to be remote, so hope it has the same community feels.
Ah ok, gotcha! The differences and similarities between IRL and distributed conferences sure are interesting. We're happy you attended also! Hope to read your thoughts on speaking at Elixir Conf here on DEV :)
