Hi Beto, if you screwed it, learn from it and the next interview will be better if you learned the lesson.
In my experience, if the salary is lower than I expected, I ask for other things (WFH, amenities, bonus, how many times will be a raise, etc.) and if I don't feel comfortable, I send an email to the recruiter to retire my postulation due to lower salary expectancy.
As I said, learn, forget and continue...
